The 2027 Northeast Nurse Anesthesiology Summit is co-hosted by the Connecticut Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (CTANA), Maine Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (MEANA), Massachusetts Association of Nurse Anesthesiology, (MANA), New Hampshire Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (NHANA), and the Rhode Island Association of Nurse Anesthetists (RIANA).

Even before the exhibit hall opens, MANA will actively promote your company through the event website and electronic communications. All meal functions are included to maximize networking opportunities throughout the event.

ALL EXHIBITOR SHIPMENTS MUST BE SHIPPED IN ADVANCE to the hotel.

Package Handling Rates
All inbound and outbound packages are subject to processing, X-raying and handling fees based on a sliding weight scale.

Packages and Letters:

• 0-1 lbs $17.00
• 2 - 10 lbs $22.00
• 11 - 20 lbs $32.00
• 21 - 30 lbs $37.00
• 31 - 60 lbs $42.00
• 61 -80 lbs $47.00
• 81 - 100Ibs $67.00
• 101 -150 lbs $75.00
• 150 lbs.and over $75.00 per 100 lbs.

Items over one-hundred-and-one pounds (101 lbs.) or multiple package shipments arriving for the same guest will be classified as freight and will be assessed a fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per hundred pounds, with a minimum fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00.) Pallets arriving by freight will be assessed a fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per hundred pounds with a minimum charge of two-hundred-fifty dollars ($250.00) per pallet.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Requests must be submitted by email to [email protected]. Requests received by January 4, 2027, will be refunded minus a $150 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after January 4, 2027. 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When and in what order will I be assigned my booth?
Booth locations will be assigned by MANA Headquarters. Order of selection will be made based on the date of the received contract with payment, electrical needs, sponsorship level, and if possible, direct competitors.

I am interested in hosting an affiliate event – who do I contact?

When will I receive the preliminary registration list?
Preliminary registration lists are emailed approximately two weeks prior to the Summit.
